WAYNESBORO, Va. - nTelos Wireless, where the "Difference Is Savings," today announced an athletics sponsorship with Marshall University. nTelos Wireless will be recognized as an Official Partner of Marshall Athletics and the Official Wireless Provider of Marshall Basketball.
The sponsorship, brokered by IMG College, the multimedia rights partner of Marshall University, will kick-off this fall with the popular nTelos Wireless Pass-for-Cash contest. Herd fans can register at home football games or online at either www.ntelos.com/p4c/mu or www.herdzone.com. Two lucky contestants will be selected to participate in the Pass-for-Cash halftime contest on November 9th. By throwing a football pass to a target, each contestant will win a trip for two to somewhere in the continental United States and up to $5000 in cash. Since its inception, nTelos Wireless has given away more than $45,000 to Pass-For-Cash participants, including trips to Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Minneapolis, and Phoenix.

nTelos Wireless will also be the Official Wireless Provider of Marshall Basketball, and receive premiere signage within the Cam Henderson Center arena. The athletics sponsorship includes all sports, and advertising placements in stadium, print, outdoor, and digital outlets.
Marshall University joins Virginia Tech, James Madison University, and the University of Richmond as premier athletic programs that partner with nTelos Wireless.
