Grant Robertson was named the Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions in May of 2012 after serving two years as the graduate assistant of marketing, promotions and corporate ticket sales for the Thundering Herd.
During the summer of 2011, he spent three months completing a double internship with Northwestern University Athletics as a marketing and promotions intern and DePaul University Athletics as a marketing and licensing intern. Prior to his graduate assistantships, Robertson spent one year at Southern Illinois University Athletics as a marketing and promotions intern.
At Marshall, Robertson is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all day-to-day operations of the Marshall University Athletic Marketing Department for the Thundering Herd's 16-sport athletic program.
A native of Chicago, IL, Robertson earned his bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in management from Southern Illinois University in 2010 before earning a master's in Sport Administration from MU in 2012.
