2012:Number of Meets Participated In/Scheduled: 7/7... Placed 24th at the C-USA Championships with a season best 8k time of 25:42.1... Finished in the top-25 for Marshall at the Tommy Evans Invitational... Helped the team to a top-10 placement at Vanderbilt's Commodore Classic with a 65th place finish... Was 80th out of 244 runners at the Charlotte Invitational... Helped lead the team to a second place finish at the Evansville Invitational with a 13th place time of 26:30.56... Ran to the team's third-best 10k time of 32:30 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional... C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll member.
2011:Posted his season best 8k time of 25:56.08 at the Louisville Invitational... Placed 34th at the C-USA Championships... Finished in the top-50 at the Evansville Invitational... Was second on the team at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a 41st place finish out of 190 runners as Marshall finished in the top-half at the meet... Placed 124th out of 183 runners at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 10k with a time of 33:36.2 that was fifth best on the team... C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2010: Began the season running a 15:31 in the 5K at the EKU Relays... Was 24th overall at the Old Timers Classic and 5th on the team with a time of 27:28... Placed 44th at the Evansville Invitational, crossing the line in 26:42... Posted his best 8K time of the season at the C-USA Championships, running a 26:34 and finishing 47th overall.
2009: Did not participate in the season.
Prior to Marshall: Maryland 1A Cross Country Champion in 2006 and 2007... State runner-up in the 3700m in 2006 and 2007... State runner-up in the 1600m in 2007... Personal best of 15:53 for a 5K race.
