2010: Was the teams third or fourth runner all season....placed 3rd on the team at the EKU Relays with a 5K time of 15:10...was 23rd overall at the Old Timers Classic with an 8K time of 27:21...Was 30th overall at the Greater Louisville Classic in a time of 25:49...had his best finish of the season at the Evansville Invitational, placing 13th overall in a time of 25:49...Had his best time of the season at the C-USA Championship meet as he ran 25:29 and placed 30th overall.

2009: Helped the Herd capture first place at the Furman Invitational with an 8th place finish...was 23rd at the EKU and Greensboro Invitationals...placed 30th at the C-USA Championships.

2008: Started the season with a fifth place finish at the EKU Invitational...Led the Herd to a third place team finish out of 17 teams at the Furman Invitational placing fourth overall...Ran his fastest time of the season at the Evansville Invitational with a time of 25:02...Helped the Herd finish fourth at the C-USA Championships by leading the team and finishing 14th overall...Named to the second team all-conference team.

2007: During is freshman season finished three times in the top 20...finished a team best 32nd at the Loyola Lakefront Classic...placed 17th at the Furman Invite. for a personal best finish...was named Conference USA Freshman of the Year...nominated for C-USA newcomer of the year.

Prior to Marshall: Cross Country all-state in 2005...5th place finish at states in 2005...2006 2nd place finish at cross country states...apart of 2006 cross country team champions.
