2015: Competed in five events for the Herd, finishing 20th with a time of 20:30.7 at the first event of the season (6K), the Early Bird Invite (Sept. 5) … at the Commodore Classic, finishing with a time of 20:21.6 (Sept 19) … at the Cross Country National Invite, finishing 9th with her best time of 19:09.7 (Oct. 17) … at the Conference USA Championship, with a time of 19:24.9 (Oct. 31) … in the last meet of her season, the Mid-Atlantic Regional, finishing with a time of 23:53.5 (Nov. 15).
2013:Competed in all six events on the year ... In the first meet for the Herd at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 5) she ran a 22:11.00 ... At the Commodore Classic (Sept. 14) she ran a time of 20:45.48 ... At the Charlotte Invitational (Sept. 28) she ran a 24:10.1 ... At the Evansville Invitational (Oct. 19) she ran a 20:27.55 ... In the C-USA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2) she finished with a time of 19:59.93 placing 87th overall ... At the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 15) she ran a 23:37 which was fourth best on the team.
2012: Phares ran in all six 2012 fall meets for the Thundering Herd, including the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 9) to close out her season ... At the Evansville Invitational (Sept. 6), she recorded her best finish, 18th, in a time of 19:54.55.
