Thundering Herd Travels to Southern Miss for Main Event
2011: Competed in 5 of the team's 6 races...Ran an 8k time of 27:44.9 at the C-USA Championships while finishing in 55th place... Ran a season-best 8k time of 27:43.71 at the Greater Louisville Classic...C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Prior to Marshall: Was named to the All-Region team three-straight years... Had a personal best of 4:33 in the mile, 9:48 in the two mile, and 16:43 in the 5K during high school.
Personal: Son of Chuck and Karla Whitney... Has four siblings; Karlie, Kylie, Kassie and Kacie... Undecided on a major.
