HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Marshall baseball team had its doubleheader with Niagara suspended today because of rain. The teams will resume the doubleheader at 11 a.m. Sunday and then will play the single game, originally scheduled for Sunday, at 1 p.m. Monday.

Marshall held a 5-4 lead after three and a half innings Saturday, and the Sunday doubleheader will begin at that point. The first game was delayed two hours and 15 minutes because of the weather, and it was stopped again at 3:30 p.m. and called off just after 4 p.m.

The games will be broadcast by WMUL 88.1 FM and online at www.marshall.edu/wmul. WRVC 92.7 FM also will air the regularly scheduled Sunday contest.
