@HerdBaseball to Host Green and Black Series this Week

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall baseball is set to host the Green and Black series this Wednesday at the Kennedy Center Field on Route 2 and on Saturday at Appalachian Power Park in Charleston, W.Va. Both games are scheduled for a 2 p.m. start.
The Green and Black series will be an intrasquad scrimmage between the 35-man Thundering Herd roster. Wednesday’s contest will only be six innings, while Saturday’s game will be nine innings.
The Green team will consist of Tyler Ratliff, Leo Valenti, Sam Finfer, Ryan Ricer, Tommy Lane, Matt Reed, Andrew Zban, Shane Hanon, Cory Garrastazu, Zac McNeel, Jared Stukbauer, Branden Knorr, Jacob Bradley, Mark Meyer, Sam Boone, Patrick Murphy and Tucker Linder.
The Black team features Will Ray, Ozzie Millet, Kody Matthews, Kellen Brown, Dakota Robbins, Reynaldo Pastrana, Billy Sager, Matt Harrison, Damian Rodriguez, Brad O’Connor, Brandon Romero, Nicholas Newton, Michael Gizzi, Jacob Niggemeyer, Hunter Sexton, Joshua Shapiro, Wade Martin and Parker Beine.
Admission to each of Marshall’s game is free.
