Paul Ivkovich is in his first year as as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Olympic Sports at Marshall University.

Ivkovich comes to Huntington after spending the past two seasons as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning at Central Michigan University. Ivkovich spent 2007-08 at New Mexico State where he served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Aggies' men's and women's basketball teams.

Prior to Central Michigan, Ivkovich worked for three years at the University of Cincinnati. He spent two years as an intern before being named assistant strength coach in 2006. He also spent time as a camp instructor at the Mark Dantonio Football Camp.

A 2004 graduate of Michigan State, Ivkovich spent his senior year as a student intern. He assisted training of MSU's football, mens basketball, women's basketball, and hockey teams. Ivkovich earned a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from MSU in 2004.
