Appeared in 23 games for the national champion Gators, averaging 4.0 minutes per game...saw action in the first round of the 2007 NCAA Tournament...in three minutes vs. No. 16 Jackson State, Powell went 1-for-2 from 3-point distance for three points and a steal...hit a 3-pointer in first collegiate game vs. Samford (Nov. 10)...scored a career-high 10 points in 19 minutes vs. Southern (Nov. 28)...went 3-for-3 from beyond the arc vs. the Jaguars, with a career-best four assists and a block and a steal...grabbed career-best three rebounds in four minutes vs. Liberty (Jan. 2)...hit his lone 3-pointer in SEC play vs. Ole Miss (Jan. 20)...went 2-for-2 from the free-throw line vs. Ole Miss (March 10) in the SEC Tournament.
