Adam Simmons is in his first season as the assistant director of basketball operations for Marshall men's basketball.
He spent the last two seasons as a graduate assistant at Marshall and graduated with a master's of science in sports administration in spring 2012. A 2010 Pikeville College graduate, Simmons was a three-year letterwinner for the Bears' basketball team. Simmons played in 57 games, shooting 45.6% (57-of-125) from the field and 38.3% (28-of-73) from three-point range.
Graduating with a 3.62 GPA, Simmons took home NAIA Academic All-American honors as a senior. He also earned Academic All-Conference honors three times and was a three-time Mid-South Conference Champions of Character nominee.
