2009-10 (R-SOPHOMORE): Saw action in 11 games on the season, including six of the final seven games at North Carolina State...scored a season-high four points in the NIT win at South Florida...played a season-high 17 minutes against Boston College (had played just 16 minutes in the previous 30 games of the season...finished with a season-best six rebounds in the game against Boston College.
2008-09 (R-FRESHMAN): At North Carolina State, Thomas averaged 11.5 minutes over the last eight games he played, but played just four total minutes in the team's last 10 games, with nine DNPs...scored a career-best nine points against NC Central...pulled down a team-best six rebounds at Duke, with four on the offensive end...saw his first action in four games, when he played 18 minutes off the bench against Florida State...finished with five points...saw only five total minutes of action in the first five games, but averaged 16.0 minutes over three games in mid-December when Courtney Fells was out with an injury...had his most productive game of the season against Winston-Salem State, scoring four points and pulling down seven boards in 18 minutes...named to the 2008 ACC Honor Roll...named to the 2009 All-ACC Academic Team.
