JUNIOR Season (2008)
Physically gifted athlete that saw extensive action at safety and finished the season with 48 tackles...notched 27 unassisted tackles and grabbed an interception in the win over Houston...recorded a season-high 11 tackles against UCF...credited with nine stops in the season finale with Tulsa.

SOPHOMORE Season (2007)
Saw significant action in all 12 games and started seven contests in the defensive backfield...finished fourth on the team in tackles with 66 stops, 41 of which were solo tackles...notched 2.5 tackles for and recorded one forced fumble and two kick blocks...recorded a career-high 11 tackles against New Hampshire to go along with a forced fumble...blocked a punt against Cincinnati and against Southern Miss.

FRESHMAN Season (2006)
Appeared in all 12 games for the Herd, splitting time between special teams and the secondary...made his first career start against UTEP, where he made a season-high eight tackles and his first career interception along with a pass break-up...recorded three tackles in the season finale at Southern Miss.

Recorded more than 100 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 2 fumble recoveries for touchdowns as a senior at Camden County...also added two blocked punts and had five touchdowns from the running back position...rated as a three-star athlete by Scout.com...recorded a 10-11 broad jump, 39-inch vertical, and a 4.5-second 40-time at the Jacksonville Scout Combine...also recruited by Vanderbilt, UCF, Georgia Tech and Wake Forest.

Full name is Ashton Johnson Hall...born August 18, 1988...son of Tracy and Gina Hall...has a younger brother, Cameron...majoring in sports management and marketing...Hall broke Randy Moss' vertical jump record with a vertical jump of 44 inches (Moss' old record was 43 inches set in 1997)...Hall also holds Marshall football's all-time record in the broad jump (11'2").
