Football Begins Spring Practice Tuesday (March 29)
Coach Holliday Opens All Practices to the General Public

Marshall University's football team will conduct the first of 15 spring practice sessions on Tuesday, March 29, at 3 p.m. This is a change from the original schedule. Coach Holliday and his staff are moving the practice up one day due to Wednesday's weather forecast.
Coach Holliday has opened each spring practice at Joan C. Edwards Stadium to the general public. Fans attending practice are prohibited from photographing or recording any segments of practice and using hand held devices during the practice session. Fans cooperation is appreciated. Violators will be asked to leave.
Marshall will practice again on Friday and Saturday of this week and then practice on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays for the remainder of the spring practice period. Weekday practices are scheduled for approximately 3 p.m. and Saturday practices are scheduled for approximately 10 a.m. All dates and times are subject to change.
Spring practice will conclude with the annual Green & White game at 4 p.m on Saturday, April 23.
The spring game weekend will begin with a letter-winners golf tournament at Sleepy Hollow Country Club on Friday morning. The annual Big Green Scholarship Foundation Dinner will be on Friday evening at 7 p.m. in the Big Sandy Superstore Arena and Marshall Athletics will host a ceremony to celebrate the re-birth of Marshall Football at the Memorial Fountain on Saturday (April 23) at 11 a.m. Jack Lengyel, Dan Canada and Chad Pennington are schedule to speak at that event.
