Head coach Matt Grobe
“I was so happy for the guys today! They played great golf. The conditions were brutally tough. It snowed this morning, and the winds were blowing from 10 to 20 miles per hour all day. It was chilly and the course played tough. The thing that made me the happiest is that the guys didn’t make excuses and played the best golf they could given the conditions. They all fought to the very end.”
Round two of the Kingsmill Intercollegiate will begin Monday, March 20, at noon. Live stats are available on BirdieFire and results from each round will be posted on HerdZone.
