The Marshall men's soccer team opened its 2012 season on Friday night with a 2-0 win over Wright State.

2013 (Junior): Games Played/Started: 19/17 ... Finished the season with three goals and a team-high seven points ... Unofficially recorded his first goal of the season in an exhibition against a team of MU Alumni (Aug. 23) on a strike from 25 yards out ... His first point of the season came in the form of an assist on a cross to Nick Edginton against NKU (Sept. 22) ... Scored in the first half against South Carolina (Oct. 19) of a 1-1 draw. Recorded 24 shots on the season, second on the team ... Recorded his final goal of the season against UAB (Nov. 8) in a 2-1 Herd defeat.

2012 (Sophomore): Games Played/Started: 17/17 ... Registered two goals and three assists for the season ... Totaled seven points in 2012 ... Scored the game-winning goal against VMI (Sept. 9) ... Named MVP of the Jay Sculley Memorial Tournament.

2011 (Freshman): Games Played/Started: 16/6... Registered 1 goal and 2 assists for the season... Scored the game-winning goal and his career-first goal for Marshall by putting away the second score in the 3-1 win over Oakland... He also gathered an assist in the Oakland game when his pass allowed Michael Hayes to score the third goal of the match... Finished the Oakland game with a personal, single-game high of 3 points... Added one more assist on the season by playing in Tom Jackson for the team's third goal against Winthrop in the 4-0 Herd victory... Named to the 2011 C-USA All Freshman Team.

Prior to Marshall: Jahvon Allison attended St. George's College for High School in Kingston, Jamaica, along with fellow Marshall teammate Deshawn Forbes... Allison was also a teammate of Deshawn's on the Real Mona F.C. club team, where he scored 10 goals and had 8 assists... Jahvon is currently studying Marketing Management, and hopes to one day own a business of his own.
