High Point, N.Car.-The Marshall University men’s soccer team blanked High Point University Panthers 3-0 in action at Albion-Millis Soccer Stadium today. The victory is the first of the season for the Thundering Herd as they move their record to 1-2 on the year. High Point falls to 0-2 on the season.

“We played a lot better today,” head coach Bob Gray said. “It was a good win for us, especially since it was on the road. High Point was a team that beat us last year so it was good to get the victory. We really look forward to playing our next two games at home.”
