All-Qdoba Invitational Team Announced
Hunter and Brent represent Marshall

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - With the 2013 Qdoba Invitational complete, Marshall coach Bob Gray announced the All-Qdoba Invitational Team as decided by the participating program's coaches.
Hosted by Marshall, IPFW, Oakland and St. Francis descended on Hoops Family Field at Veterans Memorial Soccer Complex for the two-day event that took place Friday, Sept. 13 and Sunday, Sept. 15.

First Half Goal Clinches Marshall Win
The Marshall University men's soccer team improved to 2-0-1 on the season after Eddy Prugh's first half goal was enough to guide the Thundering Herd to a 1-0 win over IPFW on Monday afternoon.
Over the course of the four-match event, those in attendance at Veterans Memorial Soccer Complex saw St. Francis down IPFW 3-1 and draw with Oakland 0-0 in double-overtime. Host Marshall fell to Oakland 2-1 on the first day of the event (Sept. 13) and closed out the event with a 1-0 win over IPFW as the Thundering Herd collected its first victory of the season.
After having posted a 1-0-1 record in its two invitational matches, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies placed four of its own on the team, including goalkeeper Sean Lewis. The four Oakland selections were the most among the four teams. St. Francis had three named to the team and IPFW had two. Marshall had senior co-captains Travis Brent (Virginia Beach, Va.) and (Marietta, Ga.) named to the team with the duo having started both contests for the Herd.
