One of two Herd players to play in all 28 possible tournament rounds...second on the team with a 82.25 stroke average for the year...posted an 80.64 stroke average in the fall and a 83.29 average in the spring...placed fifth at the season-opening Lady Herd Fall Invitational with a 232 (80-77-75)...her low round of the year (75) came in the final round of the Herd Fall Inv....captured two other top-20 finishes on the year, at the Lady Herd/El Diablo Intercollegiate (t-13) and the Cincinnati Spring Invitational (t-17)...she was the team's leading golfer at both tournaments...her 239 at the Conference USA Championships was the second-best on the team and placed her 33rd.
Played only one tournament in the fall, but was a regular in all six spring tournaments...compiled a stroke average of 83.44...her lone round in the 70s came at the Lady Herd/El Diablo Intercollegiate where she fired a 73 in the second round, en route to her best finish of the year in a tie for 28th...improved her second round stroke total from her first round in every tournament but one...second round total at the MAC Championships by improved by seven strokes...qualified for the U.S. Publinks where she was in a five-hole playoff with teammate Allyson Hatcher...first alternate for the U.S. Publinks in Kansas City.
Came to Marshall women's golf as a walk-on and earned a permanent spot on the roster with her solid play at first round team qualifying...posted 19 tournament rounds for the Herd, with almost all of her scores counting towards the team total...her spring was highlighted by her team-low round on the final day at Indiana, a strong showing at James Madison with all three rounds counting toward the tied for eighth finish, and her final two rounds at the conference championships...attained a 4.0 GPA for the spring.

Stacy was a three-year member and captain of her high school golf team...she finished second at the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) section qualifier in 2002, tied for 8th in 2001...winner of the KPGA Boatwright State Championship in 2002...named the Kings Family Restaurant/Tri-State Player of the Year in 2002...finished in 7th place at the PGA Junior Series...won all of her matches in the Pennsylvania/Ohio Bi-State Challenge in 2003.
Born on Feb. 5, 1985...daughter of Lynn Wagner and Jack Wagner...has a brother, Michael (24), a West Virginia graduate...majoring in civil engineering.
