Women's Golf Completes First Round at MSU Spring Citrus Classic

Round One Results

SORRENTO, Fla. - The Marshall women's golf team finished the first round of the Morehead State Spring Citrus Classic in eighth place. There are still two more rounds in the tournament.

The round was highlighted by sophomore Ylva Forslund and freshman Shelby Braukmuller's 3-over-par tied at 12th place finishes.

FROM THE LEADERBOARD
Texas A&M Corpus Christi has a two-stroke lead over Florida Gulf Coast after scoring a 298 through the first 18. Individually, FGCU's Madeline Mark-Sherk and Corpus Christi's Brooklyn Sutton lead with way with a 1-under-par 71.
