2012 (Junior): Started 51 games, all at first base...hit .282 at the plate while driving in 28 runs, fourth best on the team...had .451 slugging percentage, fourth highest on the squad...drew a team high 26 walks to achieve an on-base percentage of .401, second highest on the team...committed just four errors to post a .989 fielding percentage, best among Herd starters...set the Marshall single-game record for RBI with seven against Ohio (April 11) as she went 3-for-3 with three runs scored on two home runs...had another three hit game on the road at UTEP March 31 and at home versus Bucknell (March 4)...hit the game-winning, 10th inning home run against UCF to end the regular season and finish off a sweep of the Knights to send MU to the tournament as the three seed...drove in two runs against ECU during the first round of the C-USA tournament...was given the C-USA Academic Medal as well as named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll for her performance in the classroom.
2011 (Sophomore): Was a part of 42 games, starting 30 at second base, shortstop, and designated player...posted a team high slugging percentage (.607)...smacked seven home runs (tied for second on the squad)...tied for second most RBI's at 25...was hit by a pitch a team high 11 times...posted seven multi-hit games....seven multi-RBI games, including two games driving in three runs... went 3-for-4 with a .750 batting average, 2.500 slugging, .857 on-base, two runs, a double, two home runs and four RBI's at the Auburn Classic... homered in four of five games from Feb. 26 to March 5...posted career highs in nearly every category...second in C-USA in HBP... her HBP season total was the 45th most in the NCAA...named NFCA Scholar Athlete...named to C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll ...honored with a C-USA Commissioner's Academic Medal....honored as MU Athlete of the Week March 1.
2010 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in 39 games...recorded three hits and eight RBI on the year...came off the bench against ECU to help lead the Herd to a 10-6 victory on March 27 with a bases-clearing double to tally three RBI... hit a three-run homer against Dayton on April 18...made her second appearance on the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and earned Academic Medal accolades...named a 2010 NFCA Scholar Athlete.
2009 (Freshman): Did not play
High School: Attended high school at Clay County where she lettered in volleyball, basketball and softball...earned all-conference accolades her freshman, sophomore and senior year...named to the all-state team after freshman and sophomore seasons...guided team to a sectional championship in 2008.
Personal: Born Alysia Hively on Dec. 2, 1989 to parents Bill and Lisa Hively...has one sister, Kelsey (21)...double-major in exercise physiology and psychology and plans to pursue a career as an exercise physiologist for the military.
