Appeared in 29 games...started nine of them...recorded two saves on the year...held opponent batters to a team low .237 batting average...had a career best nine strikeouts at home versus Presbyterian on March 4...her opponent batting average ranked 11th best in C-USA.

Prior to Marshall:
Led Miami Dade College to its first National Junior College Athletic Association Division I softball title in 2010...named NJCAA tournament most valuable player...during the 2010 tournament she went 4-0 with a 0.54 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 26.0 innings worked...in 2010 was named to the Atlantic District All-Tournament Team, NJCAA All-Tournament Team, NJCAA Third Team All-American, NFCA First Team All-Region, NFCA First Team All-American Louisville Slugger, First Team All-Southern Conference, Southern Conference Pitcher of the Year, FCCAA All-Tournament Team, FCCAA All-State First Team and was a FCCAA Pitcher of the Week honoree...helped lead MDC to a 51-7-1 record and finished the season ranked third in the nation with a 0.46 ERA in 136.0 innings pitched...tallied a 26-2 record in 2010 and finished her two-year career with a 47-8 record in the circle...in 2008-09 she was named NFCA All-Region Second Team, FCCAA All-State Second Team, First Team All-Southern Conference and FCCAA Pitcher of the Week...led MDC to 2010 Puerto Rico Cup Championship while being named most outstanding pitcher and tournament most valuable player...helped MDC repeat as Triple Crown Classic Champions (2009 and 10)...holds MDC record of five-consecutive shut outs.
