2016 Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll
GP/GS: 14/7 ... Finished 2-1 ... Pitched 26.2 innings during senior season with 10 strikeouts ... Registered first strikeout of the season against #14 Tennessee at the BAMA Bash Feb. 27 ... Earned first win of 2016 at Liberty April 13 pitching 3.1 innings, allowing just one run and striking out two ... Fielded position well with three assists in win over Liberty ... Grabbed second win on senior day vs. FIU May 1st coming in relief to start the second inning and pitched six shutout innings allowing just three hits and three strikeouts ... High School: Pitched for Avon High School where she set the school record for most strikeouts in a single season with 276, also a West Shore Conference record ... Fowler owns Avon High’s school record for career K’s with 663 and had a 1.1 ERA during her time there ... with the Eagles was named the 2012 conference Player of the Year ... also was named to the second team all-Ohio team in 2011, was an all-conference selection from 2009-12 and named to the all-district team in 2011 and 2012 ... was named her team’s defensive player of the year in 2012.
