The Herd will play two nonconference opponents before facing-off East Carolina, April 13-14.

2013 (Senior): Started 47 of her 50 regular-season appearances at second base, along with all six games in postseason... Ended the season with a .281 average with six doubles, a triple and three homeruns... Hope was responsible for 16 RBI and earned a .414 slugging percentage with 24 runs and 53 total bases... stole 12 of 13 attempted bases and had a .934 batting average... Hope was the first Marshall player to earn Conference USA Hitter of the Week recognition in the 2013 season after going 8-for-17 with eight RBI, a 1.059 slugging percentage, scoring six runs, hitting two doubles, a triple and two homeruns within a six-game span... Hope hit a three-RBI double with two outs in the fifth inning of conference-tournament play against UAB to give the Herd its only lead that proved to be enough for the win and gave Marshall the ability to move on to the title game... She earned a spot on the C-USA All-Tournament Team.
2012 (Junior): Made an appearance in 54 games, starting 34 of them, rotating between second base and designated player...had 27 hits and drove in 20 runs...had a 3-for-3 showing with four RBI vs. Morehead State (Feb. 18) during the Charleston Classic ...also during the Classic against Kennesaw State (Feb. 17), Hope had two hits, both doubles...had a five hit and four RBI day during the final afternoon of play in the Marshall Invitational versus Kent State and Bucknell (Mar. 4)...smacked her lone home run against Memphis during a two hit, two run game...went 2-for-4 at UTEP March 31 while driving in three runs...had a hit and RBI during the C-USA tournament first round game against East Carolina.
2011 (Sophomore): A member of 46 games, starting 18, splitting time at second baseman and designated hitter...recorded three multi-hit games including a three hit performance against Kent State March 6...had three multi-RBI games...smashed her first career grand slam against Ball State March 27.
2010 (Freshman): Started in 13 contests, three at second base, three in right field and seven as designated player ...appeared in 45 total games...notched five hits, five RBI and five runs scored...hit a single game personal-best two RBI against Kent State on March 7.
High School: Finished her senior season with a .988 fielding percentage and a .478 batting average...earned first team all-district honors.
Personal: Born Bri Anna Elizabeth Hope July 3, 1991... daughter of Willie and Bobbie Hope...has three sisters...Natalie (37), Apryl (33) and Chantel (21) and two brothers...Willie Jr. (33) and Quentin (21)...brother Quentin plays football for North Texas... majoring in marketing with a minor in business.
