2014 (Freshman): Appeared as a pinch-runner in 25 games in 2014. Scored 11 runs on the season. Scored her first career run with the Herd on February 25th vs Nebraska-Omaha. Named to 2013-14 Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School: Brumfield was named First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-State in 2013...named honorable mention All-State in 2012.

Personal: Daughter of Steven and Julie Brumfield...has four family members who played/are currently playing college sports - aunt Jeanne Noble Lunsford (softball, Morehead State and Marshall), uncle P.J. Noble (football, Marshall and Concord College), brother Michael Brumfield (football, West Virginia University Institute of Technology), and uncle Greg Lunsford (football, West Virginia University Institute of Technology)...she plans to major in engineering.
