2014 (Freshman): Started a total 41 of 54 games in 2014. Earned a record of 20-21 for the season. Finished the season with a 3.77 Earned Run Average (ERA). Pitched 245.1 innings and struck out 254 batters. Pitched 19 complete games and recorded 2 saves. In first Herd appearance, struck out 5 batters vs Western Illinois on February 14th. Reached a season high 14 strikeouts vs Albany on February 21st. Also pitched a season high 9.1 innings vs Albany on February 21st. Ranked 4th in single season school history for strikeouts with 254. Ranked 10th in average strikeouts through a 7 inning game for a total season with 6.99. Ranked 8th in school history for most wins in a total season with 20. High School: Dixon was a member of the Oklahoma 6A state championship team in 2012 at Edmond North HS...her team won the 6A regional championship each of her four years...named First Team All-Edmond in 2009,10,11,12...named Player of the Year in 2012...member of the Oklahoma All-State first team.

Personal: Dixon is the daughter of Linda and Thomas Dixon...she has five siblings...she plans to major in nursing.
