2017 Team Captain
GP/GS: 54/54 … Returned to Marshall after one year away from the game and became the voice behind the team … Started all 54 games at third and made many tough catches in foul territory … Hit .295 with 51 hits, 29 runs, 12 doubles, eight home runs, 31 RBI and 11 stolen bases … Second all-time at Marshall in career home runs (35) and RBI (171) trailing only four-time All-American Rachel Folden (2005-08) in both categories … Third most combined career extra base hits in program history with 79 (42 doubles, 35 home runs and two triples) … Recorded a hit in 40-of-54 games … Had nine games with two or more RBI, all Herd wins … Very first game back went 2-for-4 against Lipscomb (Feb. 10) … Reached base safely in the first 21 games of the year … Drove in first run of the season against Furman (Feb. 10) … Started career-best 14-game hitting streak versus Lipscomb (Feb. 11) and ran through Georgia Southern contest (March 4) … Crushed first home run of the year versus Delaware (Feb. 17) … Moved ahead of Marshall Athletics Hall of Famer Amanda Williams (2003-06) and Samantha Rodriguez (2005-08) for second all-time in career RBI with two more against Providence (Feb. 18) … Belted a three-run home run to right-center at Georgia Southern (March 4) … Walked three times, scored three runs and stole four bases as part of Herd’s program and conference record-setting 16 steals against Delaware State (March 5) one of the NCAA record set in 1994 … Hit two home runs and drove in four runs in series sweeping win over UTSA (March 12) … Season-high six assists in game one of series at Charlotte (March 18) … Drove in two runs to help Herd defeat FAU to take series in second game and then hit a solo home run in the second inning of game three to give Marshall the lead for good and the eventual series sweep (April 9) … Hit clutch RBI double with two outs in the sixth to give Herd the lead at FIU (April 14) … Hit 33rd career home run in game two at FIU (April 14) to move into second place all-time at Marshall … Went 3-for-3 with two home runs and a double, 10 total bases, at Middle Tennessee (April 29) … Scored a combined four runs during senior weekend against UAB (May 5-6) … Hit a double and was walked once in Conference USA Tournament contest with FIU (May 12) … Became the first Herd player to play in two NCAA Regionals (2013 & 2017) … Finished 2-for-4 and scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the eighth against DePaul (May 20) at the NCAA Regionals in Lexington … Ended time in Herd uniform with 46 games of two RBI or more and drove in at least one run in 89 career games.

Started all six postseason contests … Ended her rookie season hitting .257 with a .441 slugging percentage and tying for second on the team with six home runs … 27 RBI ranked second on the squad ... Was the second Marshall freshman to ever receive Conference USA Player of the Week (Jazmine Valle 4/19/10) and was the first freshman to receive the honor in the league for the 2013 season ... Earned first hit against Michigan in the USF-Demarini Tournament with a double on Feb. 8 ... First collegiate home run was a grand slam against UCF March 23 ... In the series against Houston went 5-for-11 with four runs, two home runs, eight RBI and 11 total bases ... Led the team in home runs and RBI in conference action ...
