2011-12 (Freshman): Finished her year strong with four top career times, including three while in Houston for the C-USA Championships...was in the group that set the eighth fastest in school history for the 800 yard freestyle relay while at the C-USA Championship.

High School:Was a state qualifier in the 100 Fly, 200 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay during her tenure at Glenbrook North High School ... finished first in the 100 Fly and 200 IM in the conference meet during her freshman, sophomore and junior years ... won the first place title in all three relays at the conference meet in her first three years at Glenbrook North.

Club: Swam for Glenbrook Aquatics and coach Rob Bond.

Personal:Daughter of Bruce and Jamey Heniken ... her brother, Brett, plays water polo for Lindenwood University ... majoring in nursing.
