Herd finishes above Tulane by collecting 284 points
Moore enters her second season as Marshall University's top assistant swimming coach, and is charged with the direction the Herd's distance team. In her first season with the program she oversaw 8 new program top 10 performers in the 500, 1000, and 1650, developing practices and conditioning through the course of the season.
She comes to the Thundering Herd after working a one-year stint as an assistant at Mount Union College. While there, she implemented the team's strength program and helped coach the Raiders to an Ohio Athletic Conference Runner-Up, nine school records, 15 All-OAC swimmers and two OAC individual champions. Moore was also elected to the Ohio Athletic Conference's Women's Coaching Staff of the Year in 2010.
Prior to MUC, Moore was a coach at Total Performance Swim Camp in Gambier, Ohio, from 2006 to 08. She counseled camp attendees in advanced swim techniques.
The Lancaster, Ohio, native was a four-year letter winner at Kenyon College where she was a NCAA national qualifier and helped lead the Ladies to three NCAA team championship titles. Moore, a 2009 graduate in American Studies, was also named an Honorable Mention Academic All-American.
