2011-12 (Sophomore): Had an outstanding sophomore campaign which included 15 individual wins...was a perfect 9-for-9 in the 200 butterfly during the regular season, which included setting her new career high (2:02.20) during a home meet against Western Kentucky and Fairmont State...swept all three events (100 fly, 200 fly and 200 IM) against Xavier...at the Conference USA Championships qualified for all three championship finals that she participated in during the prelim stage...swam the sixth fastest time in school history for the 200 fly (2:02.20) against WKU and FSU while also placing five other times in the all-time top 20 list for the 200 fly during the season...set new career highs for the 100 fly (57.00) and 200 IM (2:08.78) while at the C-USA championship...earned recognition on the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and was named to the 2011-12 Swimming and Diving C-USA All-Academic team.
2010-11 (Freshman):Recorded 11 total victories in individual events, inlcuding four each in the 100 butterfly and 200 butterfly. Posted all-time top performers in 100 butterfly (57.33) and 200 butterfly (2:02.94). Her time in the 200 butterfly is currently the 12th fastest time in Marshall history....named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll and awarded the Commissioner's Academic Medal.
High School:Attended Reddam House Constantia where she was a team captain under coach Norma Schooling...selected to the South African National Team for the summer of 2010...was a member of the Western cape Provincial Swimming Team for eight years and captain at the South African Interschool Competition in 2008-09...in 2008, was a finalist in the 200 butterfly in the Olympic Trials, a fourth-place finisher at FINA World Cup Short Course Championships in the 200 butterfly and a third-place medalist at the South African Short course Swimming Championships...took first-place finishes in the 100 and 200 butterfly at the CANA Zone 4 Competition, was a silver medalist in 200 butterfly at Commonwealth Trials and South African Nationals Swimming Meet while finishing sixth in the 100 butterfly.
