BUFFALO, N.Y. – Due to complications from a wrist injury she suffered earlier in the season, Lauren Rone was unable to compete Saturday at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships in Buffalo, N.Y.

Rone competed on Friday in the one meter competition at Alumni Arena Natatorium. She received a score of 196.00 and placed 38th. She was scheduled to be part of the three-meter competition Saturday.

A junior from Colorado, Rone set the new all-time best score in the one-meter event this season when she received a mark of 281.55 against Xavier. That score allowed her to compete in the zone diving championships.
