BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Marshall volleyball took a 3-0 (29-27, 25-20, 25-14) loss to the No. 3 team in Conference USA, UAB, on Sunday afternoon in Bartow Arena.

The UAB defense limited the Herd offense to a .078 hitting percentage, giving Marshall its third lowest team attack percentage of the season.
"No more talking about what we need to do," reflected head coach Mitch Jacobs. "This team just needs to do it."
