Lee Damron was hired at Marshall in 2004 where he first served at the physical plant working in HVAC. Four year later, he moved over to athletics where he oversees the athletic infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) for both the Joan and the Cam.

He received the John Marshall Service Award in February of 2017. The nomination concluded by saying “He is the best of Marshall, serving with pride and good humor, and he is truly deserving of recognition.”
